Not wanting to repeat yesterday's wet feet, I opted for the civilized bike path straight through the swamp. Had to dismount to cross one fallen tree blocking the path and said hello to a man walking his retriever. Other than seeing some ducks, today's adventure was pretty mild. Pedaled through Watkins down to Clute Park and returned via Rock Cabin Road. It was fairly nice riding until the wind started to pick up and the fingers got cold. Afraid my outside riding is nearing its end as winter has appeared in the forecast with daytime highs of twenty. Need to get back to lifting weights and the indoor riding.
